A draft copy of the minutes is required to be prepared within ten working days of the meeting. Draft copies of minutes are available for public inspection. The public body must approve, amend or disapprove draft minutes at the next meeting of a quorum, and the minutes are not official until they are approved. Official minutes open to public inspection under this subsection are also subject to public inspection under the Inspection of Public Records Act.

Highland Meadows Board is a public body subject to the Open Meetings Act.
Regular Board Meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of every even numbered month at 7:00 p.m.
Agenda will be published at least 24 hours prior to a regular meeting.

Any member of the public or any Board member may request that a matter be placed on the agenda of a regular meeting. The request must be in writing and submitted at least 48 hours

 before the scheduled regular meeting date.

E-mail: davidroberds@aol.com The agenda shall also provide members of the public an opportunity to speak at regular meetings which are not on the agenda but which are within the subject matter of the Board. All individual comments shall be limited to 3 minutes unless this time limit is waived by action of the Board.
